Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Filter cartridges that have been installed/used are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

How to start a return Email us at nuzzlecoofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions once your return is approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, contact us first and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, used or installed filter cartridges cannot be returned unless defective.
